If you have a design ready, send it over. We check it for print quality and let you know right away if anything needs fixing. If you do not have a design yet, we handle that as part of our Creative Services.

Before anything goes on press, you see a proof. For digital jobs this is a PDF. For larger jobs we can do a physical proof. Nothing gets printed until you say go.

How fast can you turn it around?

Standard turnaround is 5 to 6 business days for most digital print jobs. Rush turnaround, same day or next day, is available. Call us first to confirm.
What is the minimum order?

Minimums depend on the product. Business cards can be ordered in small quantities. We will tell you the minimum for your specific job on the first call.
What if the colors do not match what I saw on my screen?

Screen colors and print colors are different by nature. We do a color proof review before every job and flag significant differences. For color-critical work, we can do a physical press proof.
Can you match the design of something I printed somewhere else?

Yes, if you have the original file. If you only have a printed sample, we do our best to match it and tell you upfront if the match will not be exact.
Do you do direct mailings?

Yes. We handle direct mail end-to-end: print, address, sort, and drop at USPS. We have a permit on file and also manage the mailing data.
